The Reflect Story

The Reflect family of salons was started in 1979 with a single storefront. Today we have three locations in the Twin Cities: Plymouth (our flagship store), Maple Grove and Minnetonka inside Ridgedale Mall. We offer salon services at each location in addition to spa services at Plymouth. We hire our employees and offer excellent benefit packages which means no one is competing for your business. Instead, we are a committed, highly-educated, warm staff ready to welcome you.

Reflect’s History

When Reflect first launched it was known as: New Reflections Salon. After 40 years in the business, expansion to three locations, the launch of a full-service spa and many many amazing employees, we knew it was time to refresh our brand. We examined who we were, who we are and who we aspire to be. Reflect: It is our new name which pays homage to where we’ve been, honors who we are and inspires our future selves.

First Time Guests

Q: What is your cancelation policy?

Cancelations + No-Shows We understand time is precious and life happens resulting in a guest having to reschedule an appointment last minute or forget about a scheduled appointment. When there have been multiple occurrences, (3 or more), the guest will be charged the following: With less than a 24-hour notice the guest will be charged 50% of the service. When a guest no-shows an appointment, they will be charged for that appointment. In both instances, the guest will be required to keep a credit card on file for future appointments. Child Policy We kindly request that only children with a booked appointment be allowed on the salon floor or in the spa. This is for safety reasons and insurance purposes. We are not responsible for the care of your child. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a salon environment. In addition, we want to honor the relaxation of all our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!

Reflect is independently-owned. We offer Aveda products for service and retail at all three Reflect locations.

Why are there different prices for haircuts?

Our haircut prices start at $40. Different stylists have different levels of experience and expertise which are reflected in their rates.
