Abby was recognized for her talents in 2017 when she was featured in The Knot MN for her bridal styling and makeup abilities! Abby also has advanced training in men’s barbering and continues to evolve as an artist through educating others in the industry – EasiHair Pro Extensions.

Amy Franklin

Amy began her journey in the beauty industry in 1985 and started at Reflect in 1986 as a skilled stylist, colorist, hair thinning specialist and now team lead coach. Her expertise includes vibrant hair coloring, short haircuts, bridal hair styling and hair thinning solutions. If she could have one celebrity in her chair, she would choose Ellen DeGeneres. “I love her kindness and passion for giving to others, plus a good laugh is always makes my day.” Amy hopes to visit Norway and Alaska one day, but until then you can find her at Lolo’s restaurant in Stillwater.

Amy Jo entered into beauty industry 2004 and started at Reflect Salon in 2005.    Her greatest talent in the beauty industry making clients very happy.  She specializes in both women’s + mens hair and hair color and makeup.   Amy Jo’s bucket list places are to visit Italy and South Africa.   She would love to have Melissa McCarthy as a celebrity client – we would have fun together.   She would make me laugh.   Love having a good time with my guests.   Her super power is her hugs!       When not at Reflect Salon, she loves Spoon & Stable.

Andi Wilt

Stylist

Andi started working in the beauty industry in 2008 before she began at Reflect in 2009. She is a gifted stylist with a special focus on hair color. Her dream celebrity client would be Jillian Harris. “I love her look and style, such a loving and fun personality!” Andi’s three favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities are Birch’s, Cōv, and Young Joni.

Ashlee Ola

Stylist • Colorist

Ashlee started working at Reflect in 2021, after attending the Aveda Institute Minneapolis.  Her biggest passion in the Beauty Industry is making her guests feel beautiful. While Ashlee is versed in all things hair, she really enjoys Extensions, Styling and Blonding.  

Since joining Reflect, she has had the opportunity to use her talents and participate in Minnesota Fashion Week.  With a strong commitment to Education Ashlee has taken part in Advanced Education with Ian Michael Black/Contemporary Color Placement, Advanced Styling, Kerastase Curl Expressions Class and Aveda Congress.

Ashley made her beauty industry debut at Reflect in 2013 and has been a standout stylist, colorist, and extension professional ever since. She specializes in long haircuts and blowouts. Caitlin started with Reflect in 2021, after attending the Aveda Institute Minneapolis.  Hair has always been her passion and while being at Reflect Caitlin has found her specialties to be Color/Blonding and Styling.

She is also engaged in Advanced Education. while at Reflect Caitlin has participated in Aveda’s Congress Festival, Advanced Color Placement, and Styling.  Also supported Minnesota Fashion Week! When Caitlin is not working she loves coffee, thrift shopping, and traveling

Carrie entered the beauty industry in 2005 and started at Reflect in 2008. She is a talented stylist, colorist and lash artist with a special focus in lash extensions, fine haircuts, long haircuts and curly haircuts.

I started a career in cosmetology because I’ve always thought of myself as a creative person and with hair there’s so many possibilities to showcase my creative abilities

Heidi began work in the beauty industry in 1998 and started at Reflect in 2002 as a stylist, colorist, and educator. She specializes in short, long and curly haircuts, some even call her “magic scissor hands!” If she could choose one celebrity client, she would pick Melissa McCarthy. “I love her positive vibes, she seems like she laughs a lot. Constant serotonin boost!” When asked about her career, Heidi responded “I feel so lucky to have found a career that is forever changing, exciting, challenging and a creative outlet! To be able to help give a sense of renewal and beauty to someone gives me goosebumps constantly!”

Hope started her beauty career at Reflect in 2015 and has served as an incredible stylist, colorist, and extension artist. She especially enjoys formal styling and extensions. I’ve been in the hair industry for 4 years and love all things hair but I find my passion through color, extensions & styling.
My artistic reach has expanded well beyond the salon and into the event world. I am apart of the creative team here which allows me to do big events like Fashion Week MN, weddings & much more. Our work got featured on Star tribune Magazine in September 2021.
This helps keep me keep engaged in the hair world and stay on top of trends.
An open mind guides me as I explore every style from classic to editorial, while my work ethic and out going personality keeps me extremely busy.

Kati is a stylist at our Plymouth Location. She has been a part of our team since 2003. Prior to working at Reflect Salon, Kati attended North Hennepin Community College, and received her cosmetology license from Scot Lewis School of Cosmetology. Kati is highly skilled and an Educator in all aspects of cutting, color and hair styling. Kati specialized in EasiHair Pro and other hair extensions, and has taken on the role of Extension Educator. In her role as Senior Color Educator, her commitment to ongoing education, offering the highest technical skills and knowing the in’s and out’s in all areas of the beauty industry is inspiring not only to her clients, but her co-workers as well. Zach is back at Reflect as a massage therapist at our Plymouth location! He went to school at Aveda, Minneapolis and has been in the industry for 3 years.

Ava loves to express her creativity through custom hair coloring, specifically dimensional colors, blondes, fashion colors, and grey coverage. She also specializes in extensions and working with fine, thin hair. Ava stays true to the Aveda mission in all aspects of her life. She prioritizes giving a thorough consultation before every appointment, providing a relaxing experience, and always keeping the health of your hair in mind. When not at the salon, Ava participates in Reflect’s creative team events. These include fashion shows, photo shoots, and fundraising events. When not at work, she spends as much time as possible outside, and with her family.

Breanna started her beauty career with Reflect in 2015 as a stylist, extension specialist and makeup artist, with an emphasis on hair coloring. Her greatest beauty superpower is relaxing shampoos! If she had to choose one celebrity client to style, she would pick Richard Madden. “He has beautiful curly hair and is beautiful himself!” Breanna’s dream vacation would be a Mediterranean cruise starting in Barcelona.

Pamela Moeller

Pam is a mom to boys – and a hairstylist that channels her inner Rachel Zoe. Pam is a color specialist and educator for Reflect Salon in Maple Grove. When not at Reflect Salon, she can be found watching her boys playing Lacross and Soccer or out ice fishing in sequins and sorels. And has been known to enjoy a sparkling cocktail or two with the best girl friends.
Since 2000, Pam has loved working behind the chair, personalizing her guests perfect hairstyle and color. Favorite quote to live by: “If you have the time, take the time”.

Shana has been a stylist and working with Reflect Salon since 2014, after graduation from the Aveda Institute Minneapolis.  Shana Loves providing a unique color experience for each guest whether is be blonds, reds, chocolate browns, or fashion colors.  I’m up for it all!  
When I’m not working, I enjoy finding new restaurants and trying new food (she loves food!) and spending time with my family. 
Bucket List Item –  If I could travel anywhere it would be the Caribbean to see the bright blue waters and swim with dolphins!

Shawna Fahey

Shawna has worked in the beauty industry since 2000, joining Reflect in 2007. She is a phenomenal stylist and colorist with her greatest beauty talent being blow-outs.
