We are excited to share the news that hair salons in Minnesota have received guidance that all 3 of our locations will be allowed to open June 1st, 2020. We are working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure a safe environment for both our guests and our team.
our team will be placing outbound calls to guests to reschedule their cancelled appointments. Our Team will start with the cancelled appointments from March and work forward to present day. We want to be fair to those waiting the longest to reschedule and we will not be taking new appointments until everyone is rebooked.
If you have a pre-booked appointment in June, we may need to tweak it slightly to accommodate social distancing. If that becomes the case, someone from our guest services team will be contacting you.
Next, we will open our phone lines for incoming calls and take new appointments once all the cancelled appointments are rebooked.. We do not have the exact date but please check back on our website or Social Media for more information.
June 1 Opening – New Protocols
Arrival – Please arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment

We will text you back when you should enter the salon for check-in
Upon entering the salon, you will be required to follow our protocols:
• No Beverages
• Your Temperature to be taken, If you exceed 100.4 you will need to call back and reschedule.
• Please bring your pre-signed waiver – a printable copy download [WAVER PDF DOWNLOAD] • Please bring + wear a mask that secures behind the ears
• Use hand sanitizer
• We will then have you wait outside or in your car or Ridgedale Mall until your service provider is ready for you.
• Your service provider will escort you to the styling station
Your Health and Safety is our top Priority!
• Our salon has been deep cleaned
• We have implemented enhanced sanitization measures
• Enhanced social distancing practices, limited number of guests in our salons
• Please indicate the retail take home products and any gratuity you wish to include with your service total.
• Toward the end of your service, a member of our guest care team will begin the checkout process in the styling chair. We will total your service, add product purchases, any gratuity and complete the touch-less transaction.
Please limit personal items
you may bring your waiver, phone, keys and form of payment. Please do not bring coats, large handbags, beverages, children, extra guests or pets.
We will not be having you change into color gown. Please wear an older T-shirt or something that has a lower neckline. We will use styling capes that are washed between each guest.
Guests will be seated at every-other station. We will NOT be doing blow drying at this time. Shampoos will be limited to color guests. We ask that you come with clean hair.
Touch-less Hello’s and Goodbyes – We will not be shaking hands or hugging at this time.
Social Distancing – Service Providers will be working at every other station, leaving a station in between to keep a safe distance.
Masks – All of our team members are required to wear masks. We also require that you wear a mask that secures behind the ears.
Beverages – We will not be offering beverages at this time.
If you are ill, have underlying health conditions or have been around someone who has been ill, please wait 14 days to reschedule your appointment once your symptoms have passed.
Spa services and nails will not open until further notice – This also includes Make Up, Lash Extensions, Waxing and Brow Waxing + Tinting.
Please be mindful of distancing from others in all areas of the salon.
All work areas will be cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Prior to starting your service, your service provider will clean and sanitize their hands and/or use hand sanitizer. Gloves may also be used.
Let us know if you did home box color by calling the salon in advance so we can better assist you.
Restrooms and common areas will be cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.
We sincerely appreciate your support. This situation has certainly brought on some challenges, but we are determined to rise to the occasion. We ask that you be patient with us as we make the necessary adjustments.
