Reflect contributes 50% of premium costs for all full-time team members who wish to participate in our medical and/ or dental plans

Our 401K plans are offered through USA Advisors Wealth Management and available to all employees who work 30+ hours each week and have been with Reflect for more than one year.

Reflect team members may take advantage of membership at Share Point Credit Union and receive special rates on loans, banking accounts and credit cards.

Reflect uses text- and web-based interactive communications as well as various social media platforms to enhance our comprehensive marketing strategy
Advanced Education
In commitment to our mission, Reflect invests heavily in education for its team members, providing visiting educators from Aveda Global Education, Red Chocolate, Vidal Sassoon and more. Training agreements may apply.
Paid Personal Time Off
Paid personal leave is available to all team members who work an average of 32 hours each week or more and have been with Reflect for at least one year.
Team Incentives
Reflect runs many internal incentive programs, team events, guest artist inspiration days and other group functions to enhance personal career growth.
