If you are running late:
we are all busy and at times experience delays which cause us to run behind and can be out of our control. to ensure your full-service, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation. When you are running behind, please try to call so that we can confirm your service. after 10 minutes, we may need to reschedule based on the stylists schedule for the day. we will always do our best to accommodate you when possible

we kindly ask that all children have a booked service to be allowed in the salon floor or spa areas.
this is for safety reasons and insurance purposes. we are not responsible for the care of your child. we love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. in addition, we want to honor the relaxation of all our guests. your understanding is greatly appreciated!
ridgedale center minnetonka guests
when booking a reservation at our Ridgedale Salon Location. Please take into consideration that this is in a regional mall: Ridgedale Center. you will need to allow time for the road construction, parking and navigating to the salon located. we are located northwest side on the 2nd floor outside of Macy’s. the best parking would be 2nd floor/ “west” lot (lamb) and enter into the “West Entrance” by Bar Louie and Big Bowl.
your service visit
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation giving you time to consider traffic delays and time to relax with a cup of Aveda Comforting Tea. We book an additional 15 minutes for our First Time Color Guests so that both you and your stylist have had time to thoroughly discuss your hair, lifestyle and your desired results for your service. first time color guests
thank you for choosing New Reflections Salon for your aveda color service. we want to ensure your color service experience is exceptional and exceeds your expectations! to do so, we would like you to think about your desired results, what chemical hair services you have experienced in the past and what products you use on your hair currently, and any medications that you are taking. please plan to share this information with our stylist. there is “no judgment” just the best color results!
same day multi service booking or group bookings
when a guest wishes to book 3 or more services for the same day. or if a guest wishes to book group services for groups of 3 or more, we require 50% deposit on the total booking. How this works – all credit card deposits are made via a a new reflections salon gift card transaction purchase. The new reflections gift card will then be used at the time of service. With a 48 hour cancelation, you can use the gift card toward products or services at New Reflections Salon in the future, but if you do not show without at 48 hour cancelation – we will use the gift card toward your missed service. In either event Refunds will not be given.
To better serve the needs of all our guests and team members, we request 24 hour advanced notice when canceling any reservation. if 3 or mores reservations have been canceled or missed without a 24 hour notice, a pre-payment will be required via a credit card. this transaction will be placed on a New Reflections Salon Gift Card and held here for your service. If this reservation is missed, the Gift Card will be used toward the service.
