Reflect’s History
In 1979 there were four stylists who began this salon sharing a single focus: excellent service. This simple but powerful commitment is just as strong and the Reflect team just as passionate today about creating beauty on the outside while restoring the body from within.
We are in the business of exceptional service.
Founding Reflect
In the late 1970s Diane Keller found herself at a unique intersection in the salon industry. She wasn’t seeing the model of salon service and education she expected, so she chose to reimagine it herself.
Diane created a business with core commitments to both education for stylists and excellence in service. In 1979 Diane hired a select group of professionals and opened her first storefront: New Reflections Salon.

Diane’s dream expanded into three locations to better serve the growing demand for their high-level of service offered by well- educated professional industry innovators. The new model for business Diane foresaw was a salon that fully employed staff eliminating the need for stylists to rent their chair and scramble for clients.
With competition eliminated, Diane continues to build a dedicated, loyal team of stylists and spa professionals.
This new model was working and getting noticed. In 1995 Diane transitioned her salons into Aveda Lifestyle Spa Salons which allowed her dream to touch, move and inspire even more people.
After 40 years of continually excellent service it was time to move into the next 40 years with a refreshed brand.
In 2019, Reflect was born.
